  • An employer must ask the National Employment Service(NES) to conduct a labor market test before hiring any foreign employee.
  • Then NES conducts the test and issues the report to the employer within a month.
  • If NES finds a suitable candidate for the respective job then it can suggest an employer hire them instead of hiring a foreigner. But it fully depends on the employer if he or she wants to hire a recommended employer or not.
  • Once the foreign employee is finalized for the job then the employer may apply for further procedure.
